The following materials are used for paintroller production:
  • Microfaser: 7 und 9 mm, die neuste Entwicklung auf dem Farbrollenmarkt. Glänzt durch seine extrem hohe Aufnahmefähigkeit (ca. das 7-fache des Eigengewichts) und eignet sich insbesondere für dünnflüssige / wässrige Farben, wie Holzlasuren, Beizen und Versiegelungen.
  • Mohair: 4 or 6 mm, goat hair, similar to bristle, high quality covering for viscous lacquers with a high solvent content and other coating materials, for priming, sealing etc. Highly suitable for epoxy and polyester resins.
  • Wool: Velours 4 mm, same application areas as for mohair, cheaper alternative.
  • Kanecaron: (Modacrylic) 5 mm, specially developed for the application of water soluble acrylic paints. Highly compact pile renders a smooth finish.
  • Polyamide-spun fibre: 8, 11, 12 and 13 mm, 18 and 21 mm.
High quality brand polyamide processed into plush quality in different pile heights. Top quality level, first-class paint absorption and release properties, universal application for all wall, ceiling and facade paints and lacquers, oil paints, varnishes and synthetic resins, rust protection coatings and liquid synthetics.
  • Polypropylene: continuous, 12 mm. An alternative to polyamide spun fibre, not quite the same properties with respect to paint absorption and release, absolutely fluff-free.
  • Textured polyamide: (Nylon) 7, 13, 14 and 18 mm pile height.
Very robust, highly textured material, absolutely fluff-free, very suitable for sealings, rust protection and industrial coatings (liquid synthetics, 2-component paints etc.).
  • Polyacrylic 18 mm: Well-priced alternative to high-grade polyamide materials. Mainly do-it- yourself quality.
  • Polyester: 12 and 18 mm. Another alternative in the lower price segment. Average function, absolutely fluff-free.

All the products are woven and feature excellent application-related paint absorption and release properties.
The fibresī recovery properties guarantee a long life. The different pile heights cover all roller diameters, from the mini-roller to the voluminous facade roller.
The materials are available in white and many other plain colours as well in a variety of colourful stripes and stripe combinations. Special designs to order and specification are possible at all times.
